Volunteer @ Safeside

Hi, my name is Janet and I'm the Volunteering Co-ordinator here at Safeside. Volunteer Visitor Guides play an important role at Safeside delivering our Junior Citizen scheme for ten and eleven year olds.

Guides receive full training and support to enable them to guide small groups of children around the interactive safety scenarios in a tour which takes 2 hours and 15 minutes. We ask for a minimum of 3 sessions per month from Guides, a total of 7½ hours.
